Alisa facilitates immersive sound healing experiences using crystal singing bowls, intuitive vocals, and resonant instruments to create a calming soundscape that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. What should I bring to a sound experience?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. You may bring water, a journal, or personal grounding items if desired. For in-person sessions, supportive props such as a yoga mat, bolster, or blanket are recommended for extended rest. Please check with the hosting studio in advance regarding their specific prop policies.How should I prepare for a session?
Arrive hydrated and well-rested. It’s best to eat lightly beforehand and avoid alcohol or heavy stimulants. You are welcome to set an intention, or simply arrive with openness.Is this work suitable if I’m new to sound or somatic practices?
Yes. No prior experience with meditation, voice work, or nervous system practices is required. All sessions are guided with clarity and care.Do you travel for events, retreats, or corporate engagements?
Yes. Based in Seattle, WA, Alisa travels nationally and internationally for curated private sessions, retreats, conferences, and corporate experiences. Travel fees are quoted based on scope, duration, and location.Do you work with corporate teams and professional audiences?
Yes. Corporate and conference engagements are designed to support focus, nervous system regulation, embodied communication, and meaningful integration within professional environments.What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Private sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Events and corporate engagements follow the terms outlined in the service agreement and may vary depending on scope and preparation requirements.Are accessibility rates available?
