Private sound healing sessions offer a deeply personalized and intentional space for rest, regulation, and integration. Each session is thoughtfully curated based on your needs and intentions, weaving together voice, sound, and subtle energetic awareness to support your nervous system, emotional landscape, and overall sense of balance.
These one-on-one sessions may be supportive during times of transition, stress, grief, integration, or when you simply need a grounded space to soften, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself. Drawing from years of professional experience as a singer and sound healing facilitator, I create a container that is attuned, present, and responsive—meeting you where you are without forcing or fixing.
Sessions are available virtually or in person, depending on location and needs.
• Virtual private sound healing: $250 per 60-minute session
