QiFlow with Alisa blends ancient qigong and yoga fundamentals to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. We combine mindful movement, guided visualization, sound meditation, and vocal toning to help you release physical tension, clear emotional blockages, and foster deep relaxation. This class is ideal for those looking to alleviate chronic pain, improve sleep, enhance focus, and cultivate balance.

All classes will close with a sound bath meditation.
