  • What should I bring to a sound bath session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. You’re welcome to bring water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel grounded — such as a favorite crystal, blanket, or eye pillow. Yoga mats, bolsters, or additional props are recommended if you have specific comfort needs while sitting or lying down for an extended period.

How do I prepare for a session?

Arrive with an open and receptive mindset. It’s recommended to eat lightly beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol or heavy stimulants prior to your session. You may choose to set an intention, or simply allow whatever is ready to arise.

Is sound healing appropriate if I’m new to meditation or somatic practices?

Yes. No prior experience is necessary. Sound healing is accessible and supportive for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

What’s the difference between a private session and a group sound bath?

Private sessions are one-on-one experiences tailored specifically to your intentions, needs, and nervous system. Group sound baths are designed to harmonize collective energy and are often themed around rest, regulation, community connection, or ceremony.

What can I expect after a session?

Experiences vary. Some people feel deeply relaxed or emotionally clear immediately, while others notice subtle shifts over the following days. Rest, hydration, and gentle integration are encouraged after each session.

Are your services suitable during pregnancy?

Yes. Sound healing can be deeply supportive during pregnancy. Please let me know in advance so the session can be tailored to be especially gentle and nurturing for both you and your baby.

Do you travel for private sessions or events?

Yes. I am based in Seattle, WA, and travel nationally and internationally for private sessions, events, retreats, conferences, and corporate engagements. Travel fees apply and are quoted based on location, duration, and logistical needs.

Do you work with corporate teams or professional audiences?

Yes. I offer sound-based experiences designed specifically for corporate, conference, and speaker-led environments, supporting focus, presence, nervous system regulation, and integration.

Do you offer sliding scale or discounted rates?

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots each month for individuals experiencing financial hardship, as well as those navigating grief or major life transitions. If this applies to you, please reach out and share a bit about your situation.

Can I gift a session to someone else?

Yes. Gift certificates are available for private sessions and select group offerings. Please email to inquire and arrange a gift experience.

How do I book a ceremony, event, or corporate engagement?

Begin by booking a complimentary consultation. This allows us to explore your intentions, logistics, and the most aligned offering for your needs.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

For private sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
For events, ceremonies, and group bookings, cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the service agreement and may vary based on scope, preparation, and travel requirements.

Alisa is an incredible healer. She has got the sensitivity to know what is needed from her audience, and the strength to hold the space for those people. She leads with such kindness and gentleness. She is multifaceted and so talented- with a voice and an absolute angel. I’ve participated in both her yoga classes and sound baths and both really allow you to shed the chaos of the daily, go within , open to healing and a deeper connection with self and relaxation.” — Kayla Upmeyer

Alisa's sound baths are one of my absolute favorite things!! They are one of my most cherished ways to deepen self connection, self love, and to open my mind and heart. Alisa holds such beautiful space for us to just BE - to be in community, to be quiet with self, and to bask in the beauty and healing of sound. THANK YOU ALISA!” — Kelly Sweeney

Alisa’s practice was something I didn’t know I needed. I was skeptical of a sound bath, but consider me cleansed. It’s a fantastic wind down to her already incredible yoga practice.” — Adam Tapp

what people are saying…

There are people in service to others, and there are people who offer service as something they *do*. There are some very special people who offer their service as something they *are*. Alisa is one of the special ones, and the essence of that truth resonates through her offerings with elegance, grace, and inspiring humility. I took my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend to a soundbath as a last minute “thing to do” one evening. I didn’t know if they would vibe with it, so I told them to give me a heads up if they decided to leave at any point. It was my first sound bath with Alisa, though I had been to her yoga classes before. My daughter and her sweetie were the last two people to rise from their mats, and their experience is their story to tell… but I can describe it with a single word encapsulating the hour or so we spent engulfed in Alisa’s exquisite serenade…. “Profound.” This experience is uncommonly stumbled upon, and most people never have the good fortune of tasting it. It’s gourmet, artisan, bespoke, and sprouts from an offering deeply sewn in the soil of authentic service to others. We’re lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood. You are lucky too.” — Adam Farish
