Alisa Galper is an International Recording Artist, Sound Healing Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor renowned for her ability to seamlessly blend wellness and artistry into transformative, deeply personal experiences. With nearly two decades of expertise and over 400 hours of certifications, Alisa guides individuals on a journey toward greater harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Her offerings integrate soothing practices that regulate the nervous system, embodied awareness, mindful movement, and the profound power of sound meditation, creating spaces of healing and renewal.

Drawing from her own healing journey, Alisa brings a depth of compassion and wisdom to her teaching, inspiring self-acceptance, inner transformation, and authentic connection. QiFlow with Alisa blends ancient qigong and yoga fundamentals to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. We combine mindful movement, guided visualization, sound meditation, and vocal toning to help you release physical tension, clear emotional blockages, and foster deep relaxation. This class is ideal for those looking to alleviate chronic pain, improve sleep, enhance focus, and cultivate balance.

All classes will close with a sound bath meditation.
